Yoga & Mingle

Join us every first and last Friday morning in front of Union Market. The class begins with a few moments of quiet reflection, allowing guests to center themselves and set an intention for their practice. The instructor guides them through a series of gentle warm-up exercises, encouraging them to move mindfully and tune into the sensations of their bodies.

As the class progresses, guests are led through a sequence of yoga poses designed to stretch, strengthen, and balance both body and mind. Each movement is performed with mindful awareness, as guests focus on their breath and the subtle sensations of their bodies.

Throughout the practice, the instructor offers gentle adjustments and personalized guidance to help guests deepen their poses and find greater ease and comfort in their practice. There's a sense of intimacy and connection as guests support and encourage each other, creating a safe and nurturing space for exploration and growth.

As the class draws to a close, guests are invited to lie back in Savasana, or Corpse Pose, allowing their bodies to sink into the mat and their minds to drift into a state of deep relaxation. The room is filled with a sense of peace and stillness as guests surrender to the moment and bask in the tranquility of the practice.
